Had a very pleasant stay. Love d vibe of d hotel n d staff is extremely pleasant too😊. Sangeeta n all other staff are very friendly n helpful. Wish to come back soon. Hotel Royal Orchid in Bengaluru offers a mixed experience. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly, but it lacks basic amenities. We stayed in a suite on the fourth floor which had average decor and dysfunctional charging points. The iron and ironing board provided were in poor condition, and we faced initial problems with the WiFi, though these were later resolved by the IT team. The meals were good and the service was commendable. However, despite being told by the staff that pools in other Bangalore hotels were also not operational, we found the pool at the Taj MG Road open and fully functional. Considering the high room rate of INR 12,000 and Bangalore's hot weather, the absence of a functional swimming pool at Royal Orchid was a significant drawback. Overall, Hotel Royal Orchid does well in terms of cleanliness and service but doesn’t fully justify its price due to missing comforts.
